for serious relationships.

Engagement tracks
Four structured pathways for institutional engagement with Catalyst Alpha Group Holdings.
Sovereign & Institutional Capital
CAG maintains structured dialogue with sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and institutional capital allocators whose investment horizon and governance philosophy align with long-duration private ownership. Engagement is by introduction only.
Minimum AUM threshold applies. Introductions reviewed quarterly.
Acquisition & Co-Investment
The Group evaluates proprietary acquisition opportunities across technology infrastructure, enterprise services, and impact-aligned sectors. Co-investment structures are considered where strategic alignment and governance compatibility are established.
Opportunities reviewed on a rolling basis. Sector focus: technology, infrastructure, longevity.
Operating & Strategic Alliances
CAG Group companies engage with operating partners, technology providers, and strategic advisors whose capabilities create compounding value across the portfolio. Partnership structures are designed for durability, not transaction.
Partnership proposals reviewed at Group level. Sector and capability alignment required.
Advisory & Senior Talent
The Group selectively engages senior advisors, board-level professionals, and domain experts whose experience strengthens institutional capability. Engagement is structured, compensated, and governed by explicit accountability frameworks.
Senior advisory roles only. Minimum 15 years domain experience expected.
Four stages of
structured engagement.
Complete the structured access form below. All fields are required. Incomplete or insufficiently detailed submissions are not reviewed.
The Group reviews submissions against current strategic priorities, sector alignment, and governance compatibility. This process takes 10–15 business days.
Qualified submissions proceed to a structured introductory conversation with the relevant Group principal or senior representative.
Where alignment is confirmed, a formal engagement framework — including scope, governance, and accountability terms — is established before any further discussion.

All submissions are reviewed by the Group. Responses are provided only where strategic alignment is identified.
